remove channels from a flowFrame

: in a flowCore::flowFrame, remove the channels of the given names.

removeChannels(ff, channels)

Arguments

ff

a flowCore::flowFrame

channels

the channel names to be removed

Value

a new flowCore::flowFrame with the removed channels
